Univalve compatible service kit (unofficial)

This kit is simply a collection of compatible, high quality spares for Univalves with a handy opening tool that saves you the time and effort of sourcing all the parts individually. 

These are an upgrade to the original parts as these parts are resistant against many types of window cleaning chemicals which is handy if you use it with a backpack sprayer. Our springs are custom manufactured in the UK from marine grade stainless steel to exact specifications and are made to be as strong as possible. 

Included in the 1, 2 and 3 pack kits are:

• Small O ring (Viton chemical resistant) 
• Large O ring (Viton chemical resistant) 
• Spring (316 marine grade stainless steel) Now 10% stronger than the original
• High quality Silicone Grease
• Opening tool New Stronger Dual Material (avoids the damage caused by other opening methods)

The 1 pack, 2 pack, and 3 pack all come with a 1g packet of Silverhook premium silicone grease. Only a small amount is needed on the o rings and contact surfaces.

The 5 kit refill packs come with a 3g tube instead and are available with or without a tool.

No instructions are provided and no guarantee is made that your valve is repairable with this kit. However, disassembly is quite straightforward.

Please note that you are responsible for the fitting and troubleshooting of the spares as you see fit. Although we recommend only changing the o rings if it is necessary, especially the small o ring due to the risk of damage to the plunger. The vast majority of issues with difficulty turning on and off the Univalve will be solved by changing the corroded spring.

We cannot supply support for fitting these spares and you do so at your own risk, accepting the possible loss of any warranty on opening it up.
